Delivery

Standard Delivery (Singapore and Malaysia)

Up to 14 working days. Please note that delivery may take longer during peak times, such as public holidays, Ramadan, and Eid season. Additionally, larger or custom orders may experience delays, as they are often made to order.

Express Delivery (Only applicable in Singapore):

For urgent orders, we offer express delivery at a cost of $20. Your order will be delivered within 5 working days. Please note that express delivery is not available for custom orders, orders outside of Singapore, and is subject to availability and feasibility. If you need your item urgently, feel free to contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on these factors.

Damaged Goods or Wrong Products Received

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (e.g., scratched or dented frames, faulty mask extenders), please contact us right away.

Returns or Refunds Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any of our products, including custom artwork. Since all items are carefully crafted to meet your specifications, we encourage you to thoroughly review product details and ensure your order is exactly what you want before completing your purchase.

Out of Stock Products

If a product you’re interested in is marked as "Out of Stock," don't worry! Send us an email, and we'll do our best to assist you. We’ll also notify you as soon as the product becomes available again.
