Delivery

Standard local delivery ($12) may take up to 14 working days.

Expect delays during festive periods such as public holidays, Ramadan, as well as Eid season. Larger pieces/ custom orders and or bigger orders are subject to delays as they are typically made to order.

If you require your piece urgently, feel free to contact us in the fields provided. Express orders have a $20 delivery fee and goods will be delivered within 5 working days.

Express delivery is not available for custom orders.

Damaged Goods or Wrong Products Received

In the event that you have received a damaged product ( ie. Scratched or dented frames / faulty mask extenders etc) , please reach us at any of the following points of contact listed below. Do have your order number ready to allow us to rectify the issue.

Out of Stock Products

If you happen to be eyeing a product that is listed as “Out of Stock”, feel free to drop us an email and we will do our very best to help you out. We will also be sure to notify you when the product is back in stock.
